Miami Jewelry School is an established, licensed institute of learning , and for over 22 years we’ve been proudly
seeing many of our students continuing on - establishing themselves in their own dreams of being part of this wonderful profession.
But let’s be frank, there are many schools available for teaching you the basics of jewelry making, and they’ll do a credible job.
However in jewelry making, learning the basics is only one aspect. It’s the skill, expertise and proficiency of the instructor

European Trained Master Instructor
What sets us apart from any other school of jewelry in Florida? Your instructor: Marc Thurn, Master Jeweler.
We don’t use the term “master” lightly. Unlike here in the States, having the title “Master” in Europe is a
credential that must be earned - through long years of apprenticeship, study, and rigor·ous, strenuous testing.
In Germany, where the finest jewelers are found, becoming a master jeweler is more than a “job” – it’s a
lifelong commitment to one’s craft. Studying under the direction of such master craftsmen is considered
an honor not to be underestimated.
One-On-One Personal Instruction
Every student at the Miami Jewelry School learns directly from our director, Master Jeweler Marc Thurn.
This is important to know. You’ll be experiencing firsthand the techniques, methods, and processes as

We feel that such a intricate trade cannot· be learned in a day, or even a week. It takes time, practice and trial and error to
