What is the difference between Diploma and Non Diploma?
Diploma Programs are developed for students that want to be future jewelers. These offer a very high level of competency with practical and written tests. A diploma is awarded upon completion.
Our Non-Diploma courses are meant strictly for personal and enjoyment purposes. The student will receive a Certificate of Participation upon compoletion of the course.
Pearl and Bead Stringing

This is a short course intended to teach students basic stringing techniques. Students will string various beads, including pearls and seme-precious gemstones using silk, nylon cords and wire.
All beads and cords are included with tuition.
Approximate time and clock hours to be spent: 12 hours.
Basic Diamond Course

The students are taught how the clarity grading system works, how diamonds are graded for color and how different variables affect price. Students will also understand the differences in diamond values and shifting supply patterns, and how these factors affect diamond prices and availability.
Please note this is not a diamond grading course.
Approximate time and clock hours to be spent: 6 hours.
